Check which EU AI Act articles bind you

The scope check asks separately about your role, your system, the transparency features it triggers, where it operates and whether it was already on the market, and returns the articles that apply, each with the date it applies from. Duties overlap: a high-risk system can also carry transparency duties, and a model can carry extra duties with systemic risk. It is free, runs in your browser and calls no model. The kit turns the result into a per-role worklist and an evidence register for USD 499.

1. Your role in the value chain

Choose every role that applies. A company can be a provider of one system and a deployer of another; a deployer that puts its own name on a system takes on the provider role (Article 25).

2. What your system is

3. Transparency features it triggers

These are separate from the system type and can apply to any system, including a high-risk one (Article 50).

4. Where it operates

5. Deployer conditions

Article 27 and the deployer part of Article 49 turn on these facts. Leave them as No if you are not a deployer.

6. Was it already on the market
